The webinar is aimed at decision makers in engineering and manufacturing companies involved with LMF 2023 and offers an insight into best practice drawn from manufacturing and engineering firms across the UK.

kitemark’ for engineering apprenticeships to provide quality assurance and help employers stand out from the crowd.
Adam explained: “The session will cover what the Make UK Engineering Apprenticeships: Employer Kitemark is, how your business can work towards accreditation, and how you could then leverage this to stand out as an employer of choice for aspiring engineering apprentices in your area.”
The session will include feedback from a broad range of SME and corporate engineering businesses that have achieved the kitemark, as well as those that are currently on the journey towards accreditation and ensuring their apprenticeship scheme is best in class.
All companies attending the webinar will be able to benchmark their apprenticeship programme free of charge via the Next Gen Makers online benchmarking questionnaire. This will enable you to understand what best practice looks like and how your apprenticeship programme currently compares.
